All of my Items are made from high quality materials that are easy care and durable. I use high quality Polly pellets in every item making my products machine washable and safe. Unlike cheap aquarium rock which will wear holes and break down fabric or rice / sand which eventually carry bad odors or mold)

The size 3/4 weighted vests have poly pellets sewn in for a core weight of one pound, these are safe nontoxic and completely washable. 

Each vest pocket also has removable ¼ pound weight pouches containing safe non-toxic stainless steel washers, by using these you are able to get more weight with less bulk! With this vest your child will get all the benefits of weighted therapy with out having to wear a ugly bulky vest!!

Please remove the weighted pouches from vests before washing. 

After consulting with a licensed Occupational Therapist all vest sizes come with the recommended amount of weight (5% of child’s body weight) for that age range. Adding more then the recommended weight does not make the vest more functional, instead it results in the child becoming uncomfortable and not wanting to wear the item.
